ALL OF OUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE OPTIONS ARE OUTLINED BELOW, INCLUDING WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. IF YOU NEED MORE INFORMATION, OR HAVE A QUESTION, PLESE CONTACT US. 

Change of Mind Returns + Exchange Product Exchange Before and After Your Order Has Been Dispatched
Please choose carefully as orders are manufactured as per confirmed purchases therefore no refunds are not provided where you have simply changed your mind, made the wrong selection, found cheaper elsewhere, or didn’t like your selected item. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order. 

Colours shown on the website are indicative only. Please ensure you review the item’s details online. All care is taken to photograph our products, to provide accurate images and descriptions.

Items Damages in Transit
Unfortunately, items are occasionally damaged in transit which is a situation out of our control. All damages need to be reported within 7 days and supported by photographs of the damaged packaging and product. In addition, the parcel will need to be returned to our dropshipping provider (at your cost) after receiving your delivery before a refund will be provided.

If You Notice the Damage On Delivery
If an item arrives and you notice the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take photos or videos of the damage.

Refuse to accept the delivery and email us those photos immediately. We'll share your feedback with our delivery partners and suppliers to ensure the service and quality of packaging is improved.

If You Notice the Damage After Delivery
If you don’t notice the damage until after it has been delivered to you, please take photos or videos of the damage. Email these to us as soon as possible after receiving your delivery.
